Report: Favre on plane headed to Minnesota after meeting with players
According to several media reports Brett Favre has boarded a plane and is headed back to the Viking's training camp location. Favre met with Vikings players Jared Allen, Ryan Longwell and Steve Hutchinson, who are among his best friends on the team, to talk about the quarterback making another comeback to the NFL.
Jay Glazer has reported that Favre told the trio of player during the meeting that he was "back in."
Bob Holtzman has reported that Favre "boarded a plane" just before 1:00 central time.
If this is all true it would be going against the news that broke several weeks ago that Favre and texted several teammates and old them that he would retire.
