ELMHURST, Ill. (STMW) – Six people suffered injuries Saturday night in a collision involving four vehicles on the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) in west suburban Elmhurst.
About 9:06 p.m., four vehicles were involved in a collision in the westbound lanes of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) near the North Avenue exit, an Illinois State Police Elgin District 2 dispatcher said.
Two people were taken to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and four people were taken to Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village with minor injuries, an Illinois State Police Elgin District 2 Sergeant said.
Circumstances surrounding the crash are not immediately available.
