HARVEY, Ill. (STMW) - Police are investigating the death of a Harvey woman after her body was found Sunday morning along railroad tracks in the south suburb.

Khadijaben Vahora, 51, of the 15400 block of Broadway in Harvey, was found at 15400 Broadway in Harvey and was dead on the scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

The body was found about 9 a.m. along the tracks of the Canadian National rail line, company spokesman Warren Chandler said.

Chandler said Harvey police were called and are investigating.

Harvey police spokeswoman Sandra Alverado said police are conducting a death investigation pending the results of a Monday autopsy.
