3 Semis, Car Crash On Dan Ryan
CHICAGO (CBS) - The Dan Ryan Expressway was open again for the morning rush, after a major crash early Monday that involved three semi-trailer trucks and a car.
Around 2 a.m. Monday, three semis, one of them carrying food products, and one car were involved in a crash on the inbound Dan Ryan at 63rd Street, according to Illinois State Police.
Minor injuries were reported, although it was not immediately known how many people were hurt, state police said. None of the injuries was considered life-threatening.
State Police briefly had to shut down the inbound local lanes to clear the scene.
