Aikman: Cutler's Day Off, No Big Deal
Many Bears fans were upset that Jay Cutler only practiced once during the team's bye week. Many of those fans feel that Cutler should have spent the week working to improve the offense which has been struggling in recent weeks.
On Monday, Cutler left to catch a flight and will not be at the practice facility to watch film and get a head start on team's game plan against the Bills. FOX NFL analyst, Tory Aikman joined the Mully and Hanley Show and talked about this being a non-issue.

"It's a long year and Tuesdays are the only day off for the players, coaches don't get any days off," Aikman said. "Sometimes you need a little break. I don't know where [Cutler] went on his bye week, but I wouldn't read too much into [him leaving]."
"I don't know what Jay's schedule has been in previous weeks or how he's gone about it," Aikman said. "From what I know of Jay, and in talking with others, I don't think I would question his study habits or how well prepared he is going into ballgames. I wouldn't think much of it."
