Quinn Votes, Says He Has No Regrets

CHICAGO (AP) - Gov. Pat Quinn says voting ``is the best way that citizens can speak the language of democracy.''

Quinn spoke those words at a church on Chicago's northwest side where he voted Tuesday. And he has a prediction for his tight race against Republican state Sen. Bill Brady.

Quinn says he's optimistic he'll win, and he thinks he ran a good campaign - with no regrets.

Brady voted Tuesday afternoon in Bloomington.

Both candidates spent the day doing last-minute campaigning before the polls close at 7 p.m.
