Huskies Ranked For First Time Since 2003

The Northern Illinois Huskies broke into the AP Top 25 Poll for the first time this season. Not only is this the first time a MAC team has been ranked this season, it’s the first time the Huskies have been ranked since 2003.

The Huskies were ranked 24th in the AP poll, behind West Virginia and ahead Hawaii, and 23rd in the coaches poll, but did not crack the BCS rankings.
