Trackwork Changes Weekend Plans For Some Red Line Riders

CHICAGO (WBBM) - Trackwork this weekend will create delays for riders who use the Jarvis, Morse and Loyola stations on the CTA Red Line.

Trains will not stop at the three stations southbound. A CTA spokesperson urged riders who wish to exit southbound to instead take an inbound train to Granville and board northbound trains, which will stop at the three stations.

Likewise, those who normally board at Jarvis, Morse and Loyola to head inbound are urged to take a train northbound to Howard and board southbound trains there.

The trackwork is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. Friday and last until 4 a.m. Monday.
