12 Displaced In Marquette Park Fire
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A late-night fire chased 12 people from their home in the Southwest Side's Marquette Park neighborhood, out into the cold.
The fire broke out around 11:30 p.m. on the second floor of a home in the 3400 block of West 73rd Street. Fire officials confirm six adults and six children were displaced.
No one was injured.
Mattresses and other debris were left in the front yard of the house after the fire, as the house was boarded up.
