Blackhawks Assign Morin To Rockford

The Chicago Blackhawks have sent rookie forward Jeremy Morin back to the Rockford IceHogs.

Morin has been up and down all season and has recorded three points (2G, A) in his time for the Blackhawks.

In 17 games for the IceHogs this season, Morin has six goals, four coming on the power play.

Morin was acquired this offseason, from the Atlanta Thrashers in the Dustin Byfuglien trade.
