CHICAGO (STMW) – Police are looking for a man who robbed a Loop bank Monday afternoon.
The robbery was reported at 1:58 p.m. in the 300 block of South State Street, police News Affairs Officer Daniel O’Brien said. A PNC Bank is located at 333 S. State St., maps indicated.
A man implied he had a weapon and made away with an unspecified amount in cash before running away, O’Brien said.
No one was injured in the robbery and the man was not in custody as of 3 p.m.
He is described as a black man, about 30. Unconfirmed dispatch reports indicate he was wearing glasses.
