There’s a rather interesting site that details what all the weathercasters in town are thinking and then eventually grades them from what I understand. It’s: http://www.chicagoforecaster.blogspot.com

Get new Goodyear TripleTred tires or other aggressive all-season tires. I don’t want a bald tire Bozo blocking traffic or causing an accident.

Believe it or not Dominicks in Lake Zurich is staying open! You would think if anyone needed anything they’ve had plenty of warning to get it before the storm. They are putting their employees at risk by not sending them home before it got this bad!

How totally irresponsible to have a reporting giving a report as she drives down snowy streets talking about how dangerous it is. Her hands left the wheel numerous times as did her eyes as she looked into the camera! Unreal!

I would like to thank Streets and Sanitation for the good job they are doing. Early this morning a saw a S&S plow truck trying to clean our small street and it was a big challenge for him, but non the less he gave it his all. Thanks again and God bless and protect you all.
