"We won't stop because we know it's out there. We just know it's out there. We will not stop, said Ave Berkshire, co-chair of the district's175th anniversary celebration.

Berkshire says 25 years ago, a time capsule burial took place, and for months now no one has been able to locate the cache of goods or information.

A Facebook page has even been started, with the hope that someone will come forward with the location.

"We're just hoping that people's memories will get a little bit sharper," Berkshire said. "This will spark some interest, and it will spark some talk.
