Woman In Deadly Dan Ryan Crash Had No License
CHICAGO (WBBM/CBS) -- A woman who died when her car slammed into the back of a stopped school bus on the Dan Ryan Expressway didn't have a driver's license.
As WBBM Newsradio 780's Mike Krauser reports, Jacqueline Tovar, 28, was killed when she crashed into the stalled school bus on the shoulder, then slid under it, around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday.

The crash happened on the inbound Dan Ryan Expressway near 73rd Street, Illinois State Police said.
The Illinois Secretary of State's office says Tovar had not had a valid license since 2009.
That's because she had too many moving violations.
In the crash, two children – both passengers in the car – were both critically injured. They were taken to the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital.
Tovar, of the 8000 block of South Coles Avenue, was dead on the scene.
No children were aboard the school bus and the bus driver was not injured, State Police said.
The crash shut down the inbound Dan Ryan for about three hours Wednesday afternoon.
