Person Shot In Wicker Park Drive-By
CHICAGO (STMW) - One person was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting early Sunday in the Wicker Park neighborhood.
At 3:09 a.m., shots were fired from a southbound vehicle in the 1100 block of North Ashland Avenue, according to police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.
A person outside a restaurant was shot multiple times, Mirabelli said.
The person was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital in Cook County in "stable" condition, Mirabelli said.
No one was in custody Sunday morning, according to Mirabelli.
Harrison Area detectives are investigating.
