ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. (CBS) -- Police in northwest suburban Rolling Meadows have taken out an arrest warrant for a man suspected of killing his brother.

The body of Fidel Bahena-Aguilar, 36, was found early Tuesday at his home in an apartment complex at 4734 Arbor Dr. in Rolling Meadows. He was pronounced dead at 5:48 a.m. Tuesday at the scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

Bernardo Bahena-Aguilar, 30, is believed to have fled to an unknown out-of-state location, police said. A warrant for his arrested was issued later Tuesday.

An autopsy Wednesday ruled Fidel Bahena-Aguilar's death a homicide, authorities said.
