Morgan Park H.S. Softball Player Shot After Game
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Morgan Park High School player was shot in the leg Tuesday night, after a game at a park on the South Side.
Police said the 14-year-old girl was treated and released from MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island after the shooting.

Morgan Park's frosh-soph softball team was playing the team from Chicago International Charter School - Longwood at Oakdale Park at 965 W. 95th St. Tuesday afternoon.
Police said that after the game ended around 6:10 p.m., Morgan Park players were celebrating their victory when a gunman opened fire, wounding the victim in her lower right leg.
The gunman was described as described as 6 feet tall, about 250 pounds and about 20 years old.
No one else was wounded and no one was in custody as of Wednesday morning.
