Ozzie Suspended Two Games For Tweeting After Ejection

CHICAGO (WSCR) Ozzie Guillen has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount by Major League Baseball for posting two messages to his Twitter page after being ejected from a game.

Guillen was ejected from Wednesday night's loss to the New York Yankees, and shortly after he took to Twitter to voice his displeasure.

"This one going to cost me a lot money this is patetic," Guillen tweeted.

"Today a tough guy show up a yankee stadium," he later added.

Guillen was arguing a third strike called on first baseman Paul Konerko in the first inning.

Guillen will serve his suspension during Friday and Saturday night's games against the Baltimore Orioles at U.S. Cellular Field.
