Man Shot In Head On South Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - Police are questioning three people after a man was shot in the head in the Oakland neighborhood Wednesday afternoon on the South Side.
The 19-year-old man was shot in the head about 4 p.m. in the 3900 block of South Lake Park Avenue, said police News Affairs Officer Anne Dwyer, citing preliminary information.
He was taken in critical condition to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, police said.
Detectives are questioning three people of interest, but no charges have been filed Wednesday night.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
