Paul Simon To Play At Chicago Theatre

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Good old Rhymin' Simon will be playing a concert Tuesday night at the Chicago Theatre.

As of 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, tickets were still available for the 7:30 p.m. show at the theater, at 175 N. State St. They range in price from $48.50 to $128.50.

At the concert, Simon will play several songs from throughout his career, including several from his new album released last month, "So Beautiful or So What." The album was recently declared "his best since Graceland," by Rolling Stone magazine.

Appearing onstage with Simon will be Cameroonian guitarist Vincent Nguini, drummer Jim Oblon, pianist Mick Rossi, saxophonist and keyboardist Andrew Snitzer, bassist Bakithi Kumalo, guitarist Mark Stewart, percussionist Jame Haddad, and multi-intstrumentalist Tony Cedras.

Simon also played a smaller, more intimate show Tuesday night at the Vic Theatre, 3145 N. Sheffield Ave.
