Report: Felony Charges Dropped Against Garrett Wolfe
CHICAGO (CBS) All felony charges stemming from former Bears running back Garrett Wolfe's May 22 arrest in Miami Beach have been dropped, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Wolfe had been charged with retail theft, disorderly conduct, assault of a police officer and resisting an officer with violence, but no felony charges were filed at Wolfe's arraignment Tuesday morning, the report said.
An original felony charge of resisting an officer with violence was changed to a one-count misdemeanor resisting an officer with violence.
