CHICAGO (CBS) The Chicago Bulls drafted 6-7 guard/forward Jimmy Butler from Marquette with the 30th overall pick in the NBA Draft Thursday night.
Butler averaged 15.7 points and 6.1 rebounds in his final year at Marquette. He’s a small forward who may be able to play shooting guard if he proves he can guard quicker guards. Butler is an above-average defender and provides good value as the last pick in the first round.
