5 Cops Hurt, 13 People Arrested After Fight In Little Village

Updated 06/26/11 – 12:44 p.m.

CHICAGO (STMW) — Five police officers responding to a loud-music complaint at a Little Village home Sunday morning were injured when a “large fight” broke out in an alley, police said.

Thirteen offenders are in custody as of 12:15 p.m. following the “large fight,” which broke out around 4:23 a.m. in the 2800 block of West 25th Street, police News Affairs Officer Michael Sullivan said.

No one had been charged as of early Sunday afternoon.

The police officers were treated and released for their injuries on Sunday, a police source said, including one officer who was hit over the head with a bottle, suffering a cut that required three staples.

@Enrico, I agree, there are hundreds of low life illegal Mexican criminals there. These filthy vermin have no business being here at all. Good post !

Hundreds? More like thousands. These fools have no concept of birth control.

Hey, hey. The article said nothing about race. These could have been Norwegians, just like the Streeterville thugs could have been gangs of Poles. You are right, though, the Noregians here illegally should be deported, and their Link cards given to North Americanos.

Rich Cultural, that why they kill each other when they are not fighting the police.Cc
