CHICAGO (STMW) — A teenage boy was fatally shot Monday night in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

The 17-year-old — identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office as Christopher Clark — was shot multiple times about 6:40 p.m. near Hoyne Avenue and 54th Street, said police News Affairs Officer Darryl Baety.

Clark, of the 4800 block of South Seeley Avenue, was pronounced dead 7:26 p.m. at Stroger Hospital of Cook County, the medical examiner’s office said.

Clark apparently was shot in the chest. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.

Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.

This is EXACTLY why I be SO GLAD when Chicago becomes a conservative based city because liberal leaders are to blame for this mayhem. You people keep wishing for thugs to stop killing but you keep voting for leaders that keep them on the street.

I would like to see a stop-and-frisk policy. Stop the thugs in the streets, take away their guns and bust them. This would save a lot of lives. The liberals won’t go for it, the ACLU would howl. The bozo police chief won’t do it.

The libs created the mess with their welfare policies among many other things. Now they won’t even ackwowledge there is a problem and demonize those who do.The libs running the Tribune won’t even allow comments most of the time and agonize over stating the obvious.
