Nice shootin, Tex! Please opt for a jury and not a bench trial so you could be acquitted.

Somebody buy this man a beer. He better be released and left alone.

      Anything less would be uncivilized.

YOU WONDER WHY GOD PUNISHES YOU WITH DEFORMITIES…CAN’T HAVE KIDS FOR NO REASON…YOUR KIDS ARE RAPED AND DISMEMBERED OR NEVER SEEN AGAIN…YOU SUFFER FROM STRANGE ILLNESSES..PRONE TO CANCER…AND YOU STINK!

  • FR

The police & peosecutors are charging him because they are worried about their JOB SECURITY. I If good citizens cqarry out justice, the cops and prosecutors would be out of work and they know it.

    It’s a beautiful thing….. a dead criminal…. yes!!

  • Jose Grunt

    Sure solves the recidivism problem.

His fate will be determined by a number of factors, including the current law in that jurisdiction concerning the level of force which may be used to protect one’s property. From what I’ve read, Illinois (and especially the Chicago area) can be pretty tough on those using deadly force to defend their lives or property.

Why is it a crime to defend your property from theft?

  • Dan

We aren’t getting the full story here. Why were the kids even by the car?
What were they doing that made him grab his gun to shoot them?

  • Paul Speredes

It’s time for legal concealed carry of hand guns in Illinois. Mayor Ramn has armed body guards but doesn’t want Chicago citizens to be armed for self defense! Support the fight to end Communist gun control laws in Illinois http://illinoiscarry.com

    There is justice after all!

  • LAC

The Illinois Constitution says one has the right to protect his person and property, period.
