CHICAGO (CBS) — Autopsy results were expected Friday on a woman who was found raped and murdered in a vacant building in the Englewood neighborhood.

Witnesses flagged down police about 6:30 p.m. when they saw the woman’s dead body in a vacant building in the 6300 block of South Laflin Street, according to police News Affairs Officer Michael Sullivan.

A source indicated it appeared she was sexually assaulted and murdered.

The woman was identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office as Juanita Wilson, 35, of the 8000 South Ada Street. The victim, who was found partially clothed, will be examined today, according to a spokeswoman for the medical examiner’s office.

Her autopsy was to be conducted Friday.
