Report: Tommie Harris Gets Look From Patriots
(CBS) Former Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris is in Foxboro, Mass. today getting a workout with the New England Patriots, according to the Boston Herald.
Harris was cut by the Bears after last season. He played seven seasons in Chicago and was at one time one of the best defensive tackles in the league.
The Patriots have the day off Monday, but the team flew Harris in to get a private look at the tackle on their off day.
New England also traded for defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth last week.
