Family Seeks Help To Find Missing Daughter

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A father is pleading for help to find his missing daughter, who has last heard from over two weeks ago.

Victoria Nardella is 24 years old and suffers from bi-polar disorder and severe asthma.

She has been missing since July 25. She had been a resident of a Gateway Foundation facility at 3828 W. Taylor St. in Chicago when she called her family as said she wanted to transfer to another Gateway location in Aurora.

Her father, Nick Nardella, said his daughter was concerned about her personal safety. She was supposed to transfer to the Aurora facility on July 28, Nick Nardella said. Her family has not heard from her since she called.

The family has filed a missing person report with the Chicago Police Department.

Victoria is 5-foot-3, about 180 pounds with long brown hair and blue eyes.
