CHICAGO (CBS) — A Southwest Side man who is reportedly a park recreational leader is expected in court later Thursday charged with sending naked photos of himself to a minor girl.
Mario Mendoza, 24, of the 4100 block of West 70th Street, was charged with manufacturing harmful material, a felony, according to police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.
Mendoza allegedly sent nude photos of himself via cell phone to a minor, according to Mirabelli. It was not immediately known when or where the incident occurred.
Mendoza reportedly told police he is a Chicago Park District recreational leader and the minor is a female. A park district spokesperson was not immediately available for comment.
