This was infront of our house. I have been saying it was only a matter of time at that intersection. It is time for the city to start cracking down on reckless cab operators and reckless drivers. I held a young woman in my arms last night who was bleeding from a massive wound to her head. If this was a case of road rage between cabbies, as it initially looks, I hope the responsible driver has a lot of time to think about it in jail. Oh wait, this is Chicago. He probably won’t even get cited.
