Rudy Giuliani Considering GOP Run For White House

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani makes it clear to WBBM, he's ready to run for the White House, if he thinks he can win the Republican primary.

WBBM Newsradio's John Cody reports, Giuliani said he needs to be assured that the Republican party could accept his relatively liberal social views.

He said he needs the "sense that I could win a Republican primary given the fact that I am considered to be a moderate Republican," he said, while appearing at the WBBM Newsradio Newsmaker series on Tuesday.
