Marvin Zea, 20, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested in connection with the vandalism.

Zea is charged with eight misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, as well as felony possession of a controlled substance. The younger suspect faces charges as a juvenile, police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli said.

Mirabelli says an "unknown object" was used to smash the car windshields.

He says it is possible the misdemeanor property damage counts could be upgraded to felonies once damage cost estimates are determined.
