BOLINGBROOK, Ill. (STMW) – A 30-year-old man died Saturday after being choked during a fight at his southwest suburban Bolingbrook home.

Eduardo Formanski, 30, of 26 Sunshine Dr. in Bolingbrook, was pronounced dead at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood at 8:27 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

An autopsy Sunday determined Formanski died of compressional axphsyxia and an assault, according to the medical examiner’s office. His death was ruled a homicide.

Bolingbrook police could not be reached for comment Saturday evening.
