NAPERVILLE (CBS) -- A woman was seriously injured Wednesday night when she crashed her motorcycle into an SUV that was pulling out of a driveway in west suburban Naperville.

The woman was heading east on the 900 block of East Ogden Avenue at about 7:20 p.m. when a 2002 Ford Excursion began pulling out of a commercial driveway and failed to yield to the motorcycle, according to Naperville police.

The woman crashed her 2002 Honda CBS motorcycle into the left front corner of the SUV as it entered her lane of traffic, police said. The woman was seriously injured and taken to Edward Hospital in Naperville for treatment.

The driver of the SUV, James M. Sisson, 52, of Glen Ellyn, was cited for failing to yield from a private drive, police said. Sisson was not injured in the crash.
