The Chicago Tribune reports Bill Daley says he made a commitment to President Obama through what they hope will be his reelection. He says he is confident that Obama will be reelected.

Since Bill Daley joined the Obama administration, the president’s job approval rating has dropped to record lows, as unemployment hovers in the 9 percent range, the newspaper reported.

The election will be held on Nov. 6 of next year.
