***OK, so Theo Epstein is coming to the Cubs as(GM,President?)and that's great! Now,Cub Fans must hope that the organizaion gives Epstein the power to run the Baseball operations without interference from folks like Crane Kenny.
 
***How about Manager? Mike Quade has a year remaining on the contract Jim Hendry gave him last year,but it's doubtful that Epstein will retain him.
 
***Which is more likely to happen first? Quade being let go,or Carlos Zambrano somehow being unloaded?

***The Bears have Leslie Frazier and the Vikings at Soldier Field Sunday night.The Bear offense is no longer the only concern.The defense is a huge issue with big plays going against them. Julius Peppers has a sore knee which could keep him out Sunday,but hopefully not.Earl Bennett is also likely a game time deciswion.
