Northwestern’s Persa Questionable For Indiana

(CBS) Northwestern quarterback Dan Persa is questionable for Saturday’s game at Indiana.

Head coach Pat Fitzgerald said Monday that Persa is battling turf toe and is wearing a walking boot.

The quarterback suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of this weekend’s loss to Penn State. If Persa can’t play, either Kain Colter or Trevor Siemian will receive the bulk of the carries.
