Chargers late in seasons under Norv:

2007:  Started 5-5, finished 11-5 before beating Tennessee and Indy en route to AFC Title game loss at New England

2008:  Started 4-8, finished 8-8 (won AFC West).  Beat Colts in AFC Wild Card round before losing to Steelers in AFC Divisional playoffs.

2009:  Started 3-3, finished 13-3 before losing to Jets in AFC Divisional Playoffs

2010:  Started 2-5, finished 9-7.  Week 16 loss at 3-11 Cincinnati kept them from earning a playoff spot
