(WSCR) While Cubs manager Mike Quade is still under contract through the 2012 season, few, if any, believe he will be in the organization when the season begins.

As the Cubs continue their face-lift process with new president of baseball operations Theo Epstein in control, Epstein may want to bring in his own manager to bring the Cubs back to contenders.

Sports Illustrated’s Jon Heyman tweeted that current third base coach for the Brewers Dale Sveum could be a possible replacement for Quade.

Sveum acted as interim manager for the Brewers in 2008.
