(CBS) After missing his second consecutive practice Saturday, Bears offensive tackle Cabe Carimi has been ruled out for Monday night’s game in Philadelphia.

The Bears 2011 first-round draft pick will miss his sixth straight game with a knee injury. He was injured in Week 2 and has not played since.

With Carimi out, Lance Louis will start at right tackle for the third consecutive game.
