Man, Boy Shot On South Side
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man and teenage boy were critically wounded in a Sunday afternoon shooting on the South Side.
Someone shot a 15-year-old boy in the abdomen area and a 19-year-old man in the back about 2:55 p.m. in the 9100 block of South Wabash Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
The Chicago Fire Department said both were taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
