I want to send a comment to the Mayor, about vacant lots getting fines, please start with downtown (South Loop) first. He probably has drove by the corner of Roosevelt Rd. and Michigan Ave,, this is the route to all Museums and Soldier Field. There is a sign stating Central Station, it is lined with hedges on Michigan, that is littered with all kind of garbage and dog poop. I have not saw it clean for one year. I know Alderman Fioretti should be aware since this is his Ward. I am shame for the way Chicago looks, all of the expressways are full of litter, that is never clean. I have traveled to Mississippi, by car, and it is cleaner than Chicago.
