3 Struck By Car On South Side

CHICAGO (STMW) – Three people were injured, one critically, when they were struck by a car on the South Side Sunday afternoon.

The accident happened at 87th and Ashland, shortly after 2 p.m., according to Fire Media Affairs.

Two people were taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park in fair to serious condition, according to Fire Media. Another victim was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious to critical condition.

Fire Media did not immediately have information on the genders and ages of the victims.
