Delays On Metra North Central Line After Car Hits Train
DES PLAINES (CBS) -- A Metra North Central line train was hit by a car this morning near Steeger Road west of Rand Road.
No passengers were in the car and no one on the train was hurt.
As of 7 a.m., the train was still stopped, so expect delays. The train, which was scheduled to arrive downtown at 6:55 a.m., is stopped north of the O'Hare Transfer, according to Metra's website.
