Comcast Denies Discrimination Claim From Black Workers
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Cable giant Comcast says it adamantly denies allegations from a group of technicians who claim the company discriminates against black employees.
The former and current employees sued Comcast in federal court this week.
They claim the company gave black customers cable boxes infested with bugs.
The workers also said they weren't given new uniforms, but the company did provide employees on the North Side and in the suburbs with the uniforms.
