Police: Teenage Boy Killed During Drive-By Shooting

CHICAGO (STMW) – A 16-year-old boy was killed Saturday during a drive-by shooting in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood, police said.
The drive-by shooting occurred at 3:45 p.m. in the 6200 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue, according to police News Affairs Officer Darryl Baety.
A 16-year-old boy was shot and was dead on the scene, Baety said.
No one is in custody and Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
