CHICAGO (CBS) — Mostly sunny, but seasonably chilly conditions will continue through the day, with a high of 35 degrees.

And as for a white Christmas, you’ll just have to do like the old song and dream of one this year. Conditions will be pleasant and sunny on Christmas Day, but there won’t be a flake of snow in sight.

However, if you drop by CBS 2 before 10:30 p.m. tonight (Friday), you can experience some snow. We have a snow machine running outside our studios at 22 W. Washington St. that has been drawing crowds all day.
