School Janitor Accused Of Exposing Himself To Another Employee

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (CBS) -- A janitor at an elementary school in Naperville has been charged with public indecency and aggravated battery, after police say he exposed himself to another school staffer.

On Thursday afternoon around 3:15 p.m., police came to Beebe Elementary School, at 110 E. 11th Ave. in Naperville, for a report of indecent exposure.

Police found out a janitor had exposed himself to a female school employee, made physical contact with her, and ran off before officers arrived.

Police found the janitor on the south side of the downtown Naperville train station depot, and arrested him on the spot.

The janitor, Kenneth M. Brown, 54, of the 2800 block of White Thorn Circle in Naperville, was charged with felony aggravate battery, and misdemeanor public indecency.

The incident happened when school was over for the day, and no students witnessed the alleged incident.

The Naperville Sun reports Brown has been suspended with pay, and is barred from the grounds of any Naperville schools.
