CHICAGO (CBS) — Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a 15-year-old boy Wednesday night in the Englewood neighborhood.

The shooting happened at 8:11 p.m. on a porch in the 5700 block of South Laflin Street, police said.

The boy, Mark Watts, 15, of the 2700 block of South Indiana Avenue, was pronounced dead at an unidentified time at Stroger Hospital of Cook County, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

He suffered gunshot wounds to the buttocks, abdomen and legs, according to police.

Ah, yes. Englewood, the flagship neighborhood for the black community. When will these people learn that you can’t sit out on your porch in what is comparable to a war zone. Sit in the back yard, out of view of the street or maybe just stay inside.

Now look here little Missy don’t you go thinking just because he was black and on a porch he was trying to break in to a house coz most blacks ain’t like that, not in Ewood they just don’t do that kind of stuff. The cops all lie and you can’t belive that stuff in the papers. Ewood is the most friendly place on the planet these folks wouldn’t bring no harm to anyone who didn’t deserve it. It’s the white mans fault for people thinking bad about Ewood folks. It’s the white people that keep leaving posts fault too, they can’t let nothing slide everytime something happens if they would just sweep it under the carpet and let it be people wouldn’t be thinking so bad about the Ewood folks!
