Mega Millions Rolls Over, Jackpot Now At $33M

CHICAGO (STMW) – No one matched all the numbers picked in Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing and the grand prize for the multi-state lottery grew to an estimated $33 million.

The estimated grand prize for Friday night’s drawing was $25 million. The winning numbers were: 09 – 17 – 28 – 34 and 48, and the Mega Ball number was 46.

One Illinois player, who bought their ticket in Napervillle at the Jay Food and Liquor, 535 Fairway Dr., matched the first five numbers and will receive $250,000, according to the Illinois Lottery.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Tuesday.

Why is it that all numbers no matter if all numbers or just 5 numbers, the winners are in any suburb in Illinois. Never in the inner city as often as in suburbs. You know why? They are given to the smaller areas and not the big city sellers. The deposit them like a bank deposit slip to members who are associated with the Lottery system. Supposedly sold for education, poor shelters and all the other things for the under payed citizens who are hoping for a mirable. A complete corruption.
